Our verdict on ADSS

ADS SECURITIES - L.L.C - S.P.C holds an onshore CMA dealing licence (CP-0000786), meaning the UAE entity may act as counterparty to client trades. This is the standard tier for OTC derivative brokers in the country. The firm does not operate under a financial free-zone regulator, so the CMA rulebook applies. The CMA retail maximum for major forex pairs is 500:1.

Cost disclosure is limited. The Classic, Elite, and Pro accounts do not show typical spreads or commissions on the public-facing materials captured for this review. The Elite+ account, which appears only in a pricing table, quotes spreads from 0.7 pips with zero commission. Minimum deposits start at USD 100 for Classic and rise to USD 25,000 for Elite, Elite+, and Pro. Platforms include MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and the proprietary ADSS Trading Platform.

The firm states it does not offer swap-free accounts on its platform. A separate swap-free offer covers ten named indices under a terms document with no Shari'ah language, a five-day grace period, and no published post-grace fee. Funding supports local AED transfers through the Central Bank's UAEPGS gateway, as well as Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. Deposit and withdrawal fees are not published on the captured materials. The exact contracting entity for UAE resident retail clients remains unverified.

  • Broker-published leverage reaches 500:1 on major forex pairs.

Cons

  • Swap-free trading is limited to ten indices; standard forex accounts are not swap-free.
  • Typical spreads and commissions are not published for Classic, Elite, and Pro accounts.
  • The exact entity a UAE retail client contracts with has not been verified.
  • Deposit and withdrawal fees and processing times are not disclosed on captured materials.

Is ADSS regulated in the UAE

ADSS is regulated in the UAE through its onshore legal entity ADS SECURITIES - L.L.C - S.P.C, licensed by the CMA (formerly SCA) under reference CP-0000786. Our team checked the register on 2026-08-21.

That licence carries a Dealing in Investments permission, authorising the entity to act as counterparty to client trades. It is the standard permission for a forex and CFD broker operating onshore in the country. I would not consider a broker without it.

The CMA retail maximum for major forex pairs is 500:1, and that directly shapes the leverage ADSS publishes for its clients. Below is the full schedule.

What other review sites say

ADSS holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.0 out of 5 from 28 reviews, which Trustpilot labels great, captured August 2026. The profile has been claimed by the broker since October 2019.

ADSS' iOS app rates 4.08 out of 5 from 110 ratings on the UAE App Store (August 2026), listed as ADSS: CFD Trading & Investing.

Android users rate ADSS' Android app 3.2 out of 5 from 101 reviews worldwide on Google Play (August 2026), listed as ADSS: CFD Trading & Investing.

ADSS' App Store listing, captured August 2026. The count on the listing is exact at this size, and it is the figure we publish. Apple rounds the average to one decimal, so the listing shows 4.1 where we publish 4.08. The Google Play capture is a worldwide count, not a UAE one: the storefront parameter changes the store, not the audience, so it is never added to the App Store figure beside it. Play also shows a second, device-filtered figure further down its own page; the one we publish is the all-devices figure from the header. We recapture these monthly.

What trading with ADSS costs

ADSS lists four account types. The Classic account requires a minimum deposit of USD 100, while Elite, Elite+, and Pro each demand USD 25,000. I would want to know what extra a trader gets for the jump.

Spreads and commissions for the Classic, Elite, and Pro accounts are not published in the material we captured. The Elite+ account, which appears only in a pricing table, advertises spreads from 0.7 pips and a commission of 0 USD per lot per side. It is worded as ‘Elite+ spreads from’, so it is not a typical spread. I would not base a cost estimate on a ‘from’ figure alone.

Base currency options are not stated for any account. Elite is described as multi-base currency, but no list of supported currencies is published. That is a gap to pin down before funding, especially for AED-based traders.

Leverage limits that apply to ADSS

The CMA does not set a numeric retail leverage cap. We searched the full CMA regulatory corpus on 2026-08-21 and found zero instances of the word ‘leverage’ and no ratio of the form 1:N. The 50:1 cap often cited comes from the US NFA and CFTC; the 30:1 cap belongs to other regulators. Neither applies to this onshore CMA broker.

ADSS publishes its own leverage schedule as a commercial decision. The maximums are 500:1 on major currency pairs, 200:1 on minor currency pairs and gold, 333:1 on major indices, 200:1 on minor indices, 100:1 on other commodities, and 4:1 on cryptocurrency. Single share leverage is not stated. I would verify that missing piece before trading individual shares.

With no regulatory cap, the published ratios are not a breach. ADSS can set these levels. The table below restates the full broker-published schedule against the rulebook position. Traders should still confirm the figures on the broker’s own site before trading.

Platforms and execution

If you are a UAE resident, you can choose from three platforms: MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and the broker’s own ADSS Trading Platform (also called ADSS Trader). I like that they give you both MT4 and MT5, because many brokers offer only one.

cTrader and TradingView are not listed as available, and API access is not published in the material we captured. The broker’s own description is: ‘You can choose from three platforms… our own in-house ADSS Platform, MT5, or MT4.’ In my experience, cTrader offers charting and automation that MT4 and MT5 do not, so its absence here matters.

Execution models for each platform are not disclosed in the material we captured. No further detail is available from the public data. You will want to know whether the broker operates a dealing desk before opening an account.

Funding and withdrawals

ADSS states it uses UAEPGS, the Central Bank of the UAE’s payment gateway, for local bank transfers. Apple Pay and Samsung Pay are also listed as deposit options. Supporting UAEPGS means your AED transfers should settle quickly and without intermediary bank fees.

AED is accepted, but deposit fees, withdrawal fees, and a minimum funding amount are not published. The processing time is stated generically as ‘No one processes funds faster,’ with no concrete timeframe. That claim is meaningless without a number. Ask support for a clear answer before you send money.

Account currencies are not published, so if your trading account currency differs from AED, you could face a conversion fee. The broker does not state whether conversion fees apply. Pin that down before funding, because conversion costs can eat into your returns.

Islamic and swap-free accounts

ADSS’s own platform guide says, ‘Swap Free accounts are currently not offered in the ADSS platform.’ Yet a FAQ on the broker’s website claims it offers Islamic swap-free accounts and links to an accounts page listing only Classic, Elite, and Pro. That contradiction is unresolved. Do not rely on the FAQ without written confirmation.

There is a separate swap-free arrangement for ten named indices only. The terms document, titled ‘SWAP-FREE INDICES TRADING Terms & Conditions’, sets per-index lot caps and a five-day grace period. No post-grace-period administration fee is stated. The document carries no Shari’ah language, no Islamic certification, and no eligibility criteria. I would treat this as a commercial fee waiver, not a documented Islamic account, and you should not mistake it for one.

This indices arrangement is a commercial fee mechanic, not a documented Islamic account. Forex is excluded entirely. The conflict between the platform guide and the FAQ remains unresolved in the material we captured. Seek a direct written answer from the broker before opening an account on that basis.

Which entity you contract with

ADSS is the trading brand. The regulated onshore entity is ADS SECURITIES - L.L.C - S.P.C, holding CMA licence CP-0000786. We have not obtained the client agreement a UAE resident signs at onboarding. That document is the only way to confirm which legal entity you contract with, and I would ask for a copy before you sign.

Which exact legal entity appears as the counterparty on the contract remains unverified. It is common for brokers to use different entities for different client segments, but the captured material does not specify the entity you contract with for UAE retail traders. I would not assume the trading brand name matches the counterparty.

You should confirm the contracting entity name on the agreement before you fund the account. I would not skip that step.

Dealing licence The UAE entity can be the counterparty UAE resident opens an account UAE licensed entity counterparty to the trade Money held in the UAE under the UAE regulator Arranging licence The UAE entity introduces only UAE resident opens an account UAE licensed entity introduces, does not deal Group entity elsewhere counterparty, holds the money
The two UAE licence tiers. On a dealing licence the UAE entity is the counterparty and the money sits in the UAE. On an arranging licence the UAE entity introduces the client, and the counterparty and the client money sit with another group entity in another jurisdiction. ADSS holds a dealing licence.

What this review has not established

Which exact legal entity a UAE resident retail client contracts with has not been verified from the captured materials. In my view, that is the most important open question on this page.

Typical spreads and commissions for the Classic, Elite, and Pro accounts are not published. The Elite+ pricing table provides a ‘from’ spread only. Real trading costs on these accounts remain unknown from public data. I would not open an account without a clear all-in cost estimate.

Deposit and withdrawal fees, minimum funding amounts, and processing times are absent. The post-grace-period cost for the swap-free indices arrangement is not stated. API availability for retail clients is not published. These are gaps I would fill before committing any money.

FAQs

Is ADSS regulated in the UAE?
Yes. ADS SECURITIES - L.L.C - S.P.C is licensed by the CMA under CP-0000786 as a Dealing in Investments firm, permitted to be counterparty to client trades. Confirm it is still active before you open an account.
Does ADSS offer an Islamic swap-free account?
No. The platform guide states swap-free accounts are not offered. A swap-free indices-only arrangement exists for ten indices, but it uses no Shari'ah language and excludes forex. Do not treat that as an Islamic account.
What is the maximum leverage ADSS offers?
ADSS publishes maximum leverage of 500:1 on major forex pairs, which matches the 500:1 CMA retail maximum, 333:1 on major indices, and 4:1 on cryptocurrency. You should check the full schedule for your instrument, as single share leverage is not stated.
What is the minimum deposit for ADSS?
The Classic account minimum deposit is USD 100. Elite, Elite+, and Pro accounts require USD 25,000. Account currencies are not published. That gap means you may face a conversion cost if your base currency is AED.
Does ADSS support AED deposits?
Yes. ADSS uses UAEPGS, the Central Bank of the UAE payment gateway, for local AED bank transfers. Deposit fees and minimum amounts are not published. Confirm those fees with support before you transfer.
