Our verdict on Kama Capital

The UAE CMA register lists KAMA CAPITAL SECURITIES BROKER L.L.C as Active under reference CP-0001051. The licence permits introduction and trading broker activity in OTC derivatives and spot currencies. The register records the licence tier as dealing and does not list the entity as Category 5. I would treat the CMA licence as the only UAE regulatory basis for this broker.

Kama Capital publishes no EUR/USD figure. Its accounts page names no currency pair and gives no pip or spread number. It uses phrases such as low spreads and zero commission, but no account-specific cost appears next to those claims. I would not read ultra low spreads as a cost. A UAE reader cannot compare price from the UAE domain.

The account options suit different deposit sizes, from no minimum to USD 50,000, but funding is not published. The absence of a deposit and withdrawal page would stop me from opening an account until I see currencies, methods and timings. I would also confirm which entity contracts with me because the client agreement is missing.

Pros

  • I confirmed on the UAE CMA register that KAMA CAPITAL SECURITIES BROKER L.L.C is Active under reference CP-0001051.
  • I found a USD 100,000 demo account with the full MT5 platform and all instruments on the UAE domain.
  • I found a Dubai office address, UAE phone number and support email on the contact page.
  • I noted the risk disclosure says retail clients are protected against negative balances.

Cons

  • I found the risk disclosure states client funds are not held in segregated accounts separate from the firm's own funds.
  • I could not find a EUR/USD figure or account-specific spread or commission number on the UAE domain.
  • I could not find a deposit and withdrawal page, so currencies, methods and timings are absent.
  • I could not find a client agreement, and the only document naming a counterparty names the St Vincent entity.

Is Kama Capital regulated in the UAE

The CMA register lists KAMA CAPITAL SECURITIES BROKER L.L.C as Active. The register reference is CP-0001051. The activity string reads “Introduction; Trading broker of OTC derivatives and currencies in the spot market”. The register records the licence tier as dealing and does not list the entity as Category 5. The entity was established on 07-Apr-2022 in Dubai.

Kama Capital publishes a risk disclosure on its UAE domain. The document says it was last updated in April 2026. Section 8 of that document states: “Kama Capital does not offer segregated client accounts. Client funds are held in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, but are not held in segregated accounts separate from the firm’s own funds.” That is the most important regulatory disclosure on the page. Client money is not separated from the firm’s own funds.

The same broker publishes a company page that advertises “CMA Category 1: Full brokerage, execution & client funds”. Those two statements conflict. One says full client funds, the other says no segregated client accounts.

The risk disclosure also states: “Negative Balance Protection: Retail clients are protected against negative balances. Your losses cannot exceed your deposited funds on retail accounts. This protection does not apply to professional or institutional accounts.” I would treat negative balance protection as retail only.

What trading with Kama Capital costs

Kama Capital publishes no EUR/USD figure. The accounts page does not name any currency pair and does not give a pip or spread number. Instead it uses non-price wording. It advertises “Low spreads” and “Ultra-Low Spreads” with an explicit “Zero commission” on Classic and Prime. No pair, no number and no account-specific cost appear next to those claims.

A reader who wants to compare this broker on price cannot do it from the UAE domain. I would not read “Ultra-Low Spreads” as a cost. It is a marketing phrase until a number is attached to a named pair.

Platforms and execution

The platform list on the UAE domain is MetaTrader 5 only. Kama names MetaTrader 5 for Windows, macOS, Web Trader, iOS and Android. MetaTrader 4, cTrader, TradingView and a proprietary platform are absent from that published list. VPS appears nowhere on the UAE domain, so I would not assume it is offered.

The broker does not clearly state whether Expert Advisors are allowed. A generic MetaTrader 5 description mentions “automated trading”, but that describes the platform, not Kama’s own policy. I would not convert that into a claim.

API access is explicit on the Institutional tier. The page states “Platform: MT5 + FIX API”. Demo accounts are published. The page offers a “$100,000 DEMO ACCOUNT” with the full MT5 platform, all instruments and “Same conditions as live accounts”.

I do not see execution statistics on the UAE domain. The platform list tells me what software is available, not how orders are filled.

Funding and withdrawals

Kama Capital’s UAE domain has no deposit or withdrawal page. I cannot find currencies, methods, timings or partner banks anywhere on kamacapital.ae. This is a disclosure absence, not a statement that no method exists.

The only funding-adjacent published strings sit on the accounts page. They list three account minimums: “No minimum deposit”, “Minimum $5,000”, and “Minimum Deposit $50,000”. The same page says “Fund your account easily with no deposit fees” and “Withdraw fast, without friction”.

Those phrases do not name a withdrawal time. They do not name a bank. They do not say whether AED accounts are available. A UAE resident reading this would not know whether local bank transfer is supported, whether Emirates ID funding is accepted, or how long a withdrawal takes. The broker has not published that.

In my experience, the absence of a deposit and withdrawal page is one of the first things I check when a broker is new to me.

Which entity you contract with

The contact page names the CMA licensee, but only there. The page states: “Dubai / United Arab Emirates / REGULATED / LEGAL ENTITY: KAMA CAPITAL SECURITIES BROKER L.L.C / REGULATOR: UAE Capital Markets Authority (CMA) / ADDRESS: Business Hub, Al Fattan Tower - King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud St - Marsa Dubai - Jumeirah Beach Residence - Dubai / +971 4 394 2383 / [email protected]”. That matches the register name.

No licence number is published anywhere on either Kama domain. The UAE footer says only: “Kama Capital is regulated by the UAE Capital Markets Authority (CMA).” The other domain footer says: “Kama Capital is licensed by the UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA), Financial Services Authority (FSA) of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, where applicable.” No entity is mapped to any regulator in that sentence.

The same UAE contact page names two offshore entities. For St Vincent it gives: “Kingstown / St. Vincent & the Grenadines / LEGAL ENTITY: Kama Capital L.L.C / REGULATOR: Financial Services Authority (FSA) / ADDRESS: Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown, SVG / +1 (784) 5701005 (International) / [email protected]”. For Mauritius it gives: “Ebene / Mauritius / LEGAL ENTITY: Kama Capital (Mauritius) Ltd / REGULATOR: Financial Services Commission (FSC) / ADDRESS: Level 2, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius”.

The risk disclosure says “All clients are onboarded under the UAE CMA regulated entity, ensuring the highest level of regulatory protection.” The broker publishes no client agreement at all. The only document that names a counterparty names Kama Capital L.L.C, the St Vincent entity, not the CMA licensee. Those two facts conflict. A disclosure says all clients are onboarded under the UAE entity. The only document that names a counterparty names the offshore entity.

In my experience, a client agreement is where the contracting entity should be named, and it is missing here.

Two domains and two client portals compound this. The UAE domain routes to client.kamacapital.ae. The other domain routes to account.kama-capital.com. The cached titles for those portals read “KAMA CAPITAL SECURITIES BROKER LLC: Log in” and “KAMA CAPITAL LLC: Log in”. Kama Capital L.L.C is the St Vincent entity from the contact page. A cached title is not a primary source, so I would treat this as an open question, not a finding. I would read the registration flow to the point where an entity is named before opening an account.

Customer service and education

The contact page lists a UAE phone number, +971 4 394 2383, and a support email, [email protected]. It gives a live chat option labelled “LIVE SUPPORT” and “Chat with us”. Arabic support is present. The page gives a Dubai office address.

The contact page contradicts itself on hours. It says “Our team is available 24/7 across multiple channels.” It also says “Quick responses during business hours”. Those are not the same statement. The header and badge row claim 24/7. The WhatsApp card says business hours. The broker does not resolve the conflict.

Education on the UAE domain is a real finding. I went through the full link inventory of kamacapital.ae. The site has market pages, account pages, a platform page, promotional offers, legal pages, company and contact pages. None is a blog, academy, articles, webinars, glossary or events page. The “Resources” nav label resolves to no education destination. The non UAE domain kama-capital.com has an Education menu item, but that is not the site a UAE client is served.

FAQs

Is Kama Capital regulated in the UAE?
Yes. I checked the UAE CMA register and found KAMA CAPITAL SECURITIES BROKER L.L.C listed as Active under reference CP-0001051. The register permits introduction and trading broker activity in OTC derivatives and spot currencies. It records the licence tier as dealing and does not list the entity as Category 5.
What is the minimum deposit at Kama Capital?
I found the accounts page lists three minimums: no minimum deposit, USD 5,000, and USD 50,000. It does not say which account type matches each minimum beyond the published strings. You would need to open the account flow to confirm the minimum for your chosen account.
What spreads or costs does Kama Capital publish?
I found no EUR/USD figure on the UAE domain. The accounts page names no currency pair and gives no pip or spread number. It uses phrases like low spreads and zero commission, but no account-specific cost appears next to those claims. I would not read ultra low spreads as a cost.
Does Kama Capital offer an Islamic account?
I could not find Islamic account details on the reviewed UAE domain. I found no mention of swap-free terms or an Islamic account option in the page inventory. I would not assume one is available without written confirmation from the broker.
Which entity do I contract with at Kama Capital?
The risk disclosure says all clients are onboarded under the UAE CMA entity. The broker publishes no client agreement, and the only document that names a counterparty names Kama Capital L.L.C, the St Vincent entity. I would confirm the exact contracting entity during registration before opening an account.
