Our verdict on Vantage
VANTAGE GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C holds UAE CMA licence 20200000445, which permits introduction and promotion only. The CMA register explicitly marks it as Category 5, barring it from dealing, managing portfolios, or executing orders. The entity itself confirms it does not execute trades, hold client funds, or provide advice. This is an introducer licence, not a dealing licence.
Vantage publishes no EUR/USD spread or any cost figure for any named account. The UAE-facing pages lack a single verified price, so I cannot confirm a typical spread, commission, or all-in cost. The broker’s cost disclosure is not-published, not false. A prospective client must ask for a quote, and the answer likely depends on the Mauritius-based VIG Group account, not the UAE page.
This arrangement suits a client who is comfortable with a referral-only model and trading through a Mauritius-licensed counterparty. It does not suit someone who wants a UAE-licensed dealing entity directly holding their funds. The lack of published cost data and the absence of a UAE phone number would stop me from opening an account without first requesting a written cost breakdown and confirming the trading entity.
Pros

- The broker offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, a proprietary platform, VPS access, and a demo account.
- Customer service includes live chat, Arabic presence, and a UAE-specific email for account opening and licensing inquiries.

Cons
- The CMA licence 20200000445 does not permit dealing, portfolio management, or order execution.
- No EUR/USD spread, commission, or any cost figure is published for any account.
- No UAE phone number is provided; contact is limited to email and live chat.
- UAE retail clients are referred to a Mauritius-licensed entity, VIG Group, for trading, not the UAE-licensed entity.

How is our rating calculated?
Is Vantage regulated in the UAE
The CMA public register, pulled 2026-08-26, lists VANTAGE GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C as active. The activity string is Introduction; Promotion. Both activities are shown as active. The register gives the licence number 20200000445 and the licence tier arranging. The entity was established on 19-Jan-2026 in Dubai. The custody permission field is explicitly-absent. The register’s own ShowPopup field flags the entity as Category 5, and the regulator’s warning text bars Category 5 firms from dealing, managing portfolios or executing orders.
That is the central finding. The UAE licence is an introduction-and-promotion licence, not a dealing licence. In my experience, the licence category is what a client should check, not just whether a name appears on the CMA register.
Vantage states the same boundary on its UAE site. The site says: “VGFS does not (i) broker, offer or otherwise execute trades nor accept or transmit orders for any financial instruments; (ii) manage or hold client funds and/or assets; and/or (iii) provide any financial, legal, or tax advice.” I read that as a plain admission. The licensed UAE entity introduces and promotes. It does not execute. It does not hold client money. It does not advise.
The UAE-facing website is https://www.vantagemarkets.com/en-uae/. The sheet records that Vantage serves UAE retail clients. That does not change the licence category. The retail route is a referral, which I cover under Which entity you contract with.
The register also shows another CMA entity, Vantage Markets Financial Services L.L.C (CP-0000666). Its activity is only a bare “Trading broker” activity. Vantage does not name that entity anywhere on its own website. If you are trying to identify which CMA-licensed entity would trade for you, that is a gap.
What trading with Vantage costs
Vantage publishes no EUR/USD figure against any named account. That is the full cost finding. The fact sheet capture marks the cost field as not-published. There is no spread number, commission number or all-in cost number I can verify for a plain EUR/USD trade.
The broker’s own non-price wording is quoted in the capture, but the capture contains no price. I will not turn that into a “from” claim or a typical spread. The honest finding is that the UAE-facing pages do not let a prospective client see the cost of the main pair before opening.
I would not state that Vantage charges any particular spread. I would also not state that it offers or fails to offer any particular cost level. The only supported statement is that the price is not published. That is a disclosure limitation, and it belongs here in the cost section where a reader would look for it.
I would not write “does not offer” for costs. The field is not false, it is not-published. A client who wants a cost number will have to ask, and even then the answer may depend on the account with VIG Group in Mauritius, not on the UAE page.
Platforms and execution
The platform capture shows MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. Vantage also publishes a proprietary platform, VPS access and a demo account. Those are the items the sheet confirms.
cTrader and TradingView are null in the capture. EA access and API access are also null. I will not write that Vantage lacks any of those. Null means the broker has not disclosed whether it offers them. That distinction matters on a page about a UAE-facing broker.
No execution data appears in the capture. I cannot verify execution speed, slippage, order routing or requotes. The heading includes execution, but the only supported content is the platform list.
The capture source is brief D 2026-08-26. I have no third-party platform review behind it. The only safe statements are the ones in the sheet.
Which entity you contract with
The UAE-facing pages state: “Subject to the completion of client due diligence and verification procedures by VGFS, VGFS will refer you to VIG Group (“VIG”), a Full-Service Investment Dealer licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius under License No. GB20026165.”
The client referral agreement states: “I acknowledge that VANTAGE GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C is acting solely as an introducer and not as my broker or counterparty to any trades.”
The same UAE site also states: “Any trading activities are conducted solely through these licensed third-party brokers (e.g. VIG) outside the UAE, subject to their terms and regulatory oversight.”
Those statements point to the same structure. The CMA-licensed entity is an introducer. The actual trading counterparty for a UAE retail client is VIG Group in Mauritius, which holds FSC licence GB20026165. The client does not trade with VANTAGE GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C. The client’s funds are not held by that entity.
There is a contradiction between the UAE-facing presentation and the contract. The UAE register entry gives the impression of a UAE-regulated broker. The contract moves the trade to Mauritius. I will not resolve that silently. In my experience, the client referral agreement is the document to check before sending money.
The sheet records two contracts. VGFS for introduction only. VIG Group as the actual trading counterparty. The site also discloses other group entities: VIG Group (Mauritius FSC GB20026165), Vantage Global Limited (Vanuatu VFSC), Vantage International Holding Limited (Seychelles 171730), Vantage Markets (Pty) Ltd (FSCA FSP 51268), Vantage Global Prime Pty Ltd (ASIC AFSL 428901), V.I.S. Vantage Integrated Services Limited (Cyprus HE 489383) and Vantage Global Prime LLP (UK OC376560). For UAE retail, the stated route is VIG Group, not the other entities.
Customer service and education
The customer service capture shows live chat and Arabic presence. There is no UAE phone number. The capture recorded no UAE office address, so I will not state that Vantage has no office in the UAE. That field is null, not false. The difference matters.
The stated hours are split by enquiry type. The email for account opening, identity verification and licensing inquiries is [email protected]. The page states Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The email for general inquiries is [email protected], and the page states 24/7. There is also a “Help Center”, a FAQ section and a “Send Us A Message” contact form.
The email addresses are [email protected] and [email protected]. The stated split of 9am to 5pm for licensing and account opening against 24/7 for general inquiries is useful. It tells you that licensing and identity verification are not a 24/7 function.
Education is present. The capture shows an education hub and a course. Arabic education is null. UAE events are null. Vantage has not disclosed those. I would check whether the course content is actually available in Arabic, because the site is Arabic-present and that null is a disclosure gap, not proof that Arabic education does not exist.
The education hub and course are present. That is all the capture confirms. I would not say the education is thorough or complete. Those adjectives are not supported. The only supported items are hub and course.
